Merlo has launched its new ASCS-Adaptive Stability Control System as the evolution of the highly-regarded current system and one of the major innovations in the latest-generation range of rotating turret machines.
With the introduction of ASCS, Merlo further improves safety standards in the workplace by making its Roto systems smarter and much more intuitive to use.
Movement speed, the telescopic boom work area and other information are made continuously available on the large display, so that the system can perform real-time calculations, under all operating conditions, to ensure maximum safety levels combined with the best performances.
The new Roto range from Merlo defines a new state of the art and offers customers a safe vehicle without compromising on functionality and operation.

for the original solution focusing on the machine safety and flexibility without affecting construction simplicity

Cangini has focused on site safety by creating a new mixer bucket that combines the operating efficiency of a central unloading mixer with the safety of a side discharge system.
The new SF Mix connects the unload pipe always on the side of the bucket, in a completely safe position.
The transfer of the delivery pipe to the central position is performed by an hydraulic system and operated directly by the operator in the cab, thereby significantly increasing safety levels for personnel involved in this stage.

“Luigi” - Concrete mixing plant for London Underground

for the flexibility achieved thanks to this solution, with the aim of at increasing the efficiency of concrete production in site areas, as well as reducing wastage of raw materials and environmental impact

A simple and versatile concrete production plant operated by a single operator mounted on a 17 metre-long railway bogie: a full-scale automated concrete mixing plant train with battery-powered engines developed for maintenance of rail-beds on the London Underground, the most famous and oldest in the world.
The internal structure is used to store raw materials in separate compartments, thereby reducing waste and improving the quality of the concrete. The intelligent computer controls weighing operations for cement and aggregates, as well as the dosage of additives and water. An automatic washing program cleans the mixer and the conveyor belt.
